Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of our order. Pricing Policy

Prices shown on the site are all in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. The final purchase price includes the cost of the goods, VAT and delivery charges. VAT will be deducted at the checkout if shipping destination is outside EU. Envoy of Belfast is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties, customs fees or delays.

Deliveries must be signed for as proof of receipt.

Returns or Exchanges

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to customers. Items must be returned to Envoy of Belfast within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or without original labels will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please send all items you wish to return through registered postage or courier service and retain proof of postage and tracking, as the goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received at Envoy of Belfast. Returned items will be exchanged or refunded (minus delivery and any other costs incurred). Goods are classified faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing faults occur. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

If receiving a refund you will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

Stock Availability

All delivery is subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock we will ship the remainder of your order and refund you the outstanding item.

We have made every effort to show a true representation of the product, there may be slight variations in colour and texture in reality from the photographed product. All descriptions given are accurate and correspond to that of the designers.
