
Born in 1643 on the eve of the reign of Louis XIV, Maison de cire Trudon is the world's oldest wax-producing manufacturer. Also famous under the name of CIR, they have spent centuries of uninterrupted activity making church candles. To this day they still provide candles to many of the great churches and cathedrals in France. Maison de cire Trudon create a unique wax made of palm oil, rice, soy and coprah. Candlewicks are weaved with pure cotton. Each glass is shaped by artisans from Vinci in Italy, these precious glasses shelter and spread the exclusive scents of Maison de cire Trudon. Natural and pure, the Trudon vegetal candles burn from 65 to 70 hours.
